Senior Program Manager · AI & Channel GTM Strategy · HP Inc.

Amplify AI Program Lead · TNet Stakeholder Alignment Lead · MBA ’28, BYU Marriott

Nine years at HP. Built Amplify AI from a blank page to $399M of influenced partner revenue across 4,200 partners, and own the enablement product behind it. Also the executive alignment lead on HP's move to a single transactional net metric, five organizations deep. Strategy only counts when partners change what they do, so I stay on it through launch, hypercare, and the numbers.

About

Nine years inside HP’s channel.
The last two building its AI motion.

Started in services go-to-market. New product introduction, a global partner delivery network, and an installed base program that lifted refresh and renew conversion 24% on registration data nobody was mining. Over $125M of incremental revenue, and a real education in how the channel behaves once the strategy deck leaves the room.

Moved into strategy and product. Built the capability assessment covering 600+ distributors, designed the landscape framework behind an approved ~20% cut to HP's distribution base, and ran product on the Global Distributor Repository and the internal landscape tool. Roadmap, backlog, release cadence, requirements, six engineers. A framework is worth nothing until somebody builds the tool that makes it usable on a Tuesday.

Two seats now. Amplify AI: 4,200+ partners, 72% of addressable channel revenue, $399M influenced in six quarters at 8× non-participants. Product owner on the HP AI Hub with five engineers. And executive alignment lead on HP's shift to a single transactional net metric: 35 stakeholders, SVP and VP briefings, five to eight workstreams, five-plus organizations.

Same pattern each time. Find what the data says is broken, build the case that moves an executive, then own the program and the product until the number changes.

HP Inc. · Worldwide Channel Organization · Houston, TX
Concurrent assignment: TNet Stakeholder Alignment Lead, May 2026 → present

Two seats. I own HP's global channel AI program end to end, strategy through product through field motion. I also run executive alignment on HP's move to a single transactional net metric, which means keeping five-plus organizations pointed the same direction while a core business metric changes underneath them.

  • Designed and launched Amplify AI, HP's global channel AI program. 4,200+ partners, 72% of addressable channel revenue, $399M of influenced AI PC revenue in six quarters at 8× non-participants. Owned strategy, program architecture, partner engagement model, and measurement from concept.
  • Product owner of the HP AI Hub, the worldwide partner enablement platform. Roadmap, backlog, release cadence, and requirements with five engineers. 9.2k users, 4.4k companies, 40k clicks since the November 2024 launch. 20,000+ users trained, 100k+ use-case views.
  • Lead worldwide executive stakeholder readiness and post-launch hypercare for HP's shift to a single transactional net metric. 35 stakeholders, SVP and VP briefings, five to eight workstreams, five-plus organizations. Built the escalation, communications, and support frameworks that resolve compensation, target-setting, data-quality, and partner-performance issues.
  • Run the feedback loop between the channel, the enablement platform, and HP's AI roadmap, translating partner and field signal into product and program decisions.
  • Recognition: four Stevie Awards across the Amplify AI program (2024 Gold at the American Business Awards, 2025 Silver, and two 2026 Silvers), the 2026 TechXcellence Partner Engagement Champion Award, and the 2024 HP President's Club Award.

Global Channel Strategy Program Manager

HP Inc. · Worldwide Channel Organization · Houston, TX

HP had 600+ tier-one distributors and no consistent read on which ones created value. I built the assessment framework that answered it, built the tool that made the answer usable, and drove the decision to act on it.

  • Designed the distributor landscape framework driving an approved ~20% reduction of HP's worldwide distribution base across seven global markets, identifying 80+ distributors for exit plus new geographic coverage and product offering opportunities. Initiated execution before transitioning the role.
  • Product manager for the Global Distributor Repository and the internal worldwide landscape tool. Owned roadmap, backlog, release cadence, and user requirements, leading six engineers and market super-users to deliver distributor data accuracy, program eligibility tracking, and performance visibility across product category teams.
  • Formulated the worldwide capability assessment and framework evaluating 600+ distributors, gauging depth and breadth of current and future-ready capability, identifying channel value creation opportunities, and managing up to $150K of program budget.
  • Built the data insight layer taking landscape analysis down to product line and country, surfacing over- and under-saturation and partner value assessment that had not previously been visible anywhere in the organization.

Commercial Services Channel GTM Strategy

HP Inc. · Worldwide Channel Organization · Houston, TX

Rebuilt how HP engages its top services resellers. The ask was an engagement model for 1,500+ partners. What it took was a compensation redesign, a platform, a legal coverage structure for affiliate networks, and a C-level advisory board willing to tell us the truth.

  • Led research, design, and implementation of the channel partner engagement program and web-based platform for 1,500+ top HP resellers, built on the LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) outcome-based sales framework.
  • Designed the software and services partner compensation and benefits structure, projecting 20% three-year subscription growth.
  • Program manager for HP Amplify Power Services. Identified and implemented the solution providing legal and strategic coverage for 3,500+ partner affiliates, buying groups, and reseller networks, managing up to $200K of program budget.
  • Developed the end-to-end three-year GTM channel services strategic plan that surfaced the gaps and opportunities leadership then built against.
  • Facilitated the partner advisory board of 15 HP partner C-level executives, owning content, scheduling, and communications, and surfacing affiliate model and product feedback that informed HP's channel program simplification.

What I bring

Strategy. Executive communication. Execution.

Most people are strong in one. Some in two. I point all three at AI go-to-market, which is a field with no shortage of strategy and a real shortage of people who can also sell it upward and then ship it.

Strategy: GTM, AI, & Corporate

Corporate and channel strategy · AI go-to-market · strategic planning · business case development · competitive analysis · M&A screening and valuation · pricing · partner compensation design · distribution strategy · financial modeling.

Executive communication

35 stakeholders aligned across five-plus organizations · SVP and VP briefings · partner C-level advisory boards · escalation and hypercare frameworks · change management · negotiation. The uncomfortable read delivered early, while it is still cheap to fix.

Execution

Global channel program launch · product ownership with engineering teams · roadmap and backlog · user requirements · agile delivery · partner rollout and enablement · budget ownership · post-launch hypercare. Amplify AI, the HP AI Hub, and the distributor landscape tool all went from a document to something the channel uses.

Where all three point

AI program design and partner enablement at scale · agentic and LLM tooling · prompt engineering · Power BI · Tableau · Excel and VBA · SAS · SQL · Python in progress. Doing the MBA analytics coursework so I can build the model, not just commission it.

Education

Currently building the technical edge.

  • Business Analytics & Machine Learning with AI. The technical core: CRISP-DM end to end, data preparation and feature engineering, regression and classification modeling, threshold and deployment decisions, and analytics governance. This is deliberate. I want to be able to build the model, not just commission it.
  • Financial Reporting & Accounting. Reading and building the statements underneath the strategy, so a business case survives contact with finance.
  • Leadership and organizational behavior. Executive leadership development alongside a cohort of working senior managers.
  • Strategy. Corporate strategy, competitive positioning, and the analytical frameworks underneath both.
